At 3DTheWorld, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is received.
Eligibility & Conditions
Timeframe
•     Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Condition
•     Items must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
•     Products must be in the same condition as when received.
🏭 Made-to-Order Items
•     For made-to-order items:
•     Returns or refunds are only accepted if there is a manufacturing error or physical damage upon arrival.
•     Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for made-to-order products.
💰 Sale Items
•     Products purchased on sale or marked as “Last Chance” are not eligible for return or refund.
📩 How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please submit a support ticket through our support/contact email (under the contact tab) with the following information:
•     Your order number
•     The serial number (if applicable)
•     A detailed reason for the return
•     Evidence of the issue (e.g., photos, videos)
Once submitted, our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
🚚 Shipping & Refunds
•     Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
•     Once your item is received and inspected:
•     If the issue is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
•     If the issue is not confirmed, shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.
•     If any parts, accessories, or packaging are missing, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
